Just got my sampler spice pack from Big Poppa. Doing the ribs for a football party tomorrow. The first batch of three I used bovine bold and the Sparky cooking method. Should be good!View attachment 926

You know what is so cool, when you have people that say "Oh my God this is the best BBQ I have ever had". I am not in league with many people here. I just think it's so cool that the BBQ I put out today with your help got people thinking about how great BBQ can be. Thank you!
