BB Ribs with a medium application of Dizzy Dust into the vac pak for overnight chill.

After 5 hours on the Mak using the 2-2-1 method with 1/4 cup apple cider it just looks to good to sauce. Into the foil for a 30 minute rest.

Moist, nice bite from the bark and great smoke ring. I think Sparky would be proud.
If it does'nt git any better than this I will be happy. But I know it will!!

Nice looking ribs!
I'll second the 275 cook temp. I recently started cooking mine at 275 and they are better IMO.

Next time try 275*. Cuts down on cook time and IMO the ribs are better.

i will say one thing. ya done me proud luke. those ribs look juicy. that last pic says it all. look and the perfect crust. nice pink meat. got a nice pull back on the bone. well done my young jedi warrior. good job luke (rick).
