My Family wants Wings, so wings it is!

Started with ~13lbs of chicken wings.

Chop, Chop, Chop...

On to the MAK for a little while on SMOKE with perfect mix pellets

Then Crank it to 425F for about an hour, turning once.

In the mean time, make some sauce...

Done!

My kids also made 2 other sauces, I didn't get any pics, but it was a traditional extra hot and a garlic pepper sauce

damn, i got sauce on my shirt again. bent, may i have a napkin plz. maybe give me 4 or so. and a plate of those wings too. :)
