Here is something that came to me....I dont know how but it sure was good!
Pre heat Smoker to 325
Dice some peeled apple....put in a baggie and toss with a little lemon juice and cinnamon and brown sugar
Put about three or four small chunks of coated apple in a won ton wrapper and fold
Put a light egg wash on the wontons and sprinkle with some more cinnamon (lightly)
bake for a half an hour
get some ice cream caramel sauce and assemble
