Was thinking about doing one of these Sunday. How about giving us the details. it looks fantastic.

He made my day...He pmmed me wanting approx cooking time and temp I told him 9 lbs 2.5 hours to 165 I nailed it...He nailed it we are all happy I love hitting the guesses

There is no doubt about it Big Poppa hit the numbers perfect. After a minmum resting period of 20 min the meat was tender and juicy. This morning I realized we left what leftovers there were out covered on the counter and to my amazement the meat was still juicy. This particular breast served 11 people last night and all that was left was enough for 2 sandwiches this morning.
