They had a big stack of short ribs at the store this week so I decided to give some a try.
This is a Dr. BBQ recipe (Ray Lampe)
Started with these
Hit them with the Double Secret
Onto the MAK @250 to smoke for a couple of hours
While the ribs are smoking, my wife whipped up some pasta
Ribs smoked for two hours, now into a foil pan
Slice up some of these and layer over the ribs along with some garlic, add some Port wine and Beef broth
Foil and back on the MAK @350 until tender (about 2 more hours)
