i really don't like the weave that you always do w/ a fattie. i do something a little different. i only like the bacon in a single layer. so i frame it out then put the bacon down in 1 layer only. like this.
oh ya, the goodies go on.
time to roll this sucker up. ya know, i have been to parties where i have seen something this size being passed around the room. i never touched it though. well, the one and only 49er fattie.
frogmat time. 1 hour of smoke and then 275º
ya, it looks good.
cut up a couple of slices and put them down on some english muffins.
topped w/ 3 eggs and some blues hog. oh, i little bit of heaven on a plate.
