QUick and Easy Carne Asada Tacos

Start with some gook flap or skirt or hanger or flatiron You can season it with little louies with garlic onion oilve oil lemon and some peppers....then grill it quickly

then slap the tortillas directly on the gril for about 30 seconds a side and wrap in a towel or foil

Assemble with whatever you like...I used salsa, guac, and cheese...They were just fine and a true twenty minute dish

Now I know what I want for supper. I love the char you got on the meat.

Man those look killer, pretty hard to beat a good carne asada taco!

Tacos are like chips to me..can't eat just one LOL.
