Red Snapper with Fin & Feathers

Got a bottle of the new Plowboys Fin & Feather rub so I decided to give it a whirl on some Red Snapper.



Light dusting of the Fin & Feathers



Onto the MAK sear grate and flame zone for a few minutes a side



Ready to eat



The Fin & Feathers is a great rub, it has nice lemon and herb flavor with just a little kick. Can't wait to try it out on more fish and on some chicken.

fish is good. it looks moist and tasty. another great meal from ya carter. where's the milk?

That looks great. Next time I hit west side I am going to pick some up.
