Smoking a wild sow for my maintenance crew today. They did a fantastic job all summer. Golf course has been in excellent shape al year.

You know the funny thing Mike is that the bosses there and the maintenance crew really thinks you are going out of your way. Only us smokers know that any excuse will do!

this little piggy is browning up nicely after 4-1/2 hours. About another hour and I'll starting pulling. Add some sauce and in the oven till the guys finish. Mixed some corn and green beans together with abound of butter and a cup of rub for a side. These guys won't know what hit 'em.

12 guys polished off one little piggy in about an hour. They liked the cold beer too.

Little pig, Little pig let me in...

Great pics Mike! Ive never done a whole pig, but there's a provision place not far from me where I can get one. I think you may have inspired me to go get one and try it!
