You know the funny thing Mike is that the bosses there and the maintenance crew really thinks you are going out of your way. Only us smokers know that any excuse will do!

this little piggy is browning up nicely after 4-1/2 hours. About another hour and I'll starting pulling. Add some sauce and in the oven till the guys finish. Mixed some corn and green beans together with abound of butter and a cup of rub for a side. These guys won't know what hit 'em.
Great pics Mike! Ive never done a whole pig, but there's a provision place not far from me where I can get one. I think you may have inspired me to go get one and try it!
