More Stuffed Chicken Breast

We have been working on these stuffed chicken breast. Found that stuffing helps the breast stay or taste moist.Found that some BBQ sauce at the end helped.Roast the peppers a different day and in the fridge or freezer for use later.The cheese is usually whats is the oldest in the fridge that needs to be used. Today was swiss. Instead of BBQ Sauce we took bell peppers and cook/saute with some chopped onions. Into the blender to create the sauce we would use in the last 5 minutes or so of cooking. With some left to use table side.Worked out, Will now try to make other sauces to use.
