I put in my Mom's oven @350F covered in foil, since it was already as brown as I wanted it, when it hit 152F, I pulled it and rested in a foil tent for 30 minutes. Final IT was 165F in the breast after the rest, perfect!

Looks great. Is that Amish style Corn Pudding?

I'm not sure if it is Amish, I've never seen an Amish style Corn pudding.

However, it is my Mom's family recipe, it she is from PA, amongst the Amish country.

Baked Corn

2 Cups frozen corn
2 eggs
3/4 cup milk
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 tablespoons sugar
2 tablespoons butter

Beat eggs, add everything except butter. Melt butter in casserole dish, then add other ingredients. Bake @350F about 50 minutes until brown and firm in center.
