After Thanksgiving Brunch

Invited some of the family over for some post Thaksgiving brunch.
Started with a nice smoked salmon served with cream cheese,bagel bites and capers.
Followed with a nice fatty stuffed with hashbrowns,onions,peppers and cheese sliced it thin and served over english muffins topped with an egg and smothered in hollandise sauce.
Smoked the salmon for 2 hours. smoked the fatty for 1.5 hours then 350 to an internal temp of 160. Probably ate more than Thanksgiving! Sorry about the poor pics, still learning how to attach pics and label them.
