Well we are getting ready for the Vista back to back contests this weekend. Jody will be in a wedding and will be in Hawaii...so I have had to bring in a texan to help out.....look out!

We are all actually cooking things...Im cooking a new chicken..... and ribs with that new rub andy....I also have a new super crazy glue! Johnny really liked it! Johnny is going to cook brisket and so is brad...joe is doing butt all by himself and Johnny is going to cook some chicken...(but we will be turning in mine! ) Oh yeah we may let him fire up a few racks....
