Ok Im in love with all the balsamic glazes (reductions) Tonight I used the Coffee one and then hit it with Williams Fajita (another current fave fro beef) as a base coat...then hit it with my new 8th wonder of the food world....my new rub...(andy has some...hahah) then some of the new garlic olive oil..the top round needs to be cooked to a more well done temp....here is goes on the mak 2 star on the shelf at 275 then 300....
