Buffalo Ribs

Kevin showed up today for winter break

so I had to cook something for dinner that he's not eating at school. I figured he wanted meat..

so a couple racks of buffalo ribs, very simply prepared - BP's double secret

he ate a few and smiled throughout dinner
i'm a happy mom

I'm thinking we might see him cook something next week....

Looks great Deb...Ive seen buffalo ribs at whole foods but have not tried them yet...

I have never done beef back ribs (only short ribs) but I like buffalo better than beef. I think it has more flavor, maybe richer, it's not gamey. I started buying it because it's SO much lower in fat than beef. Since it's lean it needs to be cooked lower (not a problem for most of us here) and it seems to cook faster.
