Took a different spin with this batch..

Subbed Carolina Treet for the Green Tabasco.

1 cup CT
1 cup Pickled Jala juice
1/3 cup Worcestershire

Starts like this.

Didn't want to fight the crowds at Sam's, so I got these at Walgreens.

Whoops - forgot to start the MAK.

Up in the guard tower..

Same as before - I'll give them 4 hours, then into a warm oven for a couple more until they are completely dry.

And we're done. They stick to the frog mat, which makes it real easy to hoist off of the MAK and dump into the big steam table pan.

Your post got me started. I took some extra large shelled salted peanuts and mixed them with some chipolte hot sauce, jalapena juice and worchestershire sauce. They will go on the MAK later today. We'll see how they come out. Pictures to follow.
