First item on the Traeger (Kielbasa)

Well we brought the new grill home and decided to do something quick while we waited for the pork butt to sit overnight in the fridge.

Here's the ingredients: Kielbasa, onion, potato, salt/pepper, and coke (not to drink),


Onions get chopped, put in coke and put on the grill to caramelize.


The rest get cut up and are ready to bake.


Into the Traeger at 350


After about an hour the onions get finished off on the stove.
