Decided to start the day with a fattie. Cooked some potatoes, onion, and bell pepper:
Let them cool while I got everthing else ready. Started with regular Jimmy Dean sausage seasoned with Big Poppas LLw/P. Then topped with cooled mixture and added some cheese:
Put on the bacon weave:
On to the Mak. Smoke for a short time and then 325°F:
Pulled at IT of 165°F:
Put the Mak griddle on and cranked up the temp. Then the eggs and english muffins:
Sliced the fattie:
All plated up (needed a little more grease on the griddle!):
Merry Christmas!
