One with John Henry's Raspberry Chipotle, the other with a mixture of salt, pepper, garlic, cayene, cocoa.
I put them in around 2100 New years eve, 2 hours on SMOKE and then 250F
The next morning:
FTC for the ride to the stadium, then time to slice:
