the whole family loved it. now its the only way to cook prime rib in my house. ya gota love the mak.

Great looking prime rib Sparky! Is that Yorkshire Pudding on your plate? Every time I try it I mess it up. Yours looks real good.

yes spark! I dont put it in the pan as I prefer the 360 bark vs the little juice you get in the pan....

yes it is. i need the juices to make the yorkshire pudding in cup cake pans. can't eat prime rib w/ out yorkshire pudding or horseradish sauce. :cool:
