well, BP was right. don't over think it. it starts like this.
prime rib, annies and some DDSR.
all seasoned up and resting until i finish 2 FTs
onto #336 @ 275° (heh, the little symbol works. thanks guys) all probed up.
looking good so far.
3:10 minutes later (good guess BP)
rested for 30 minutes and sliced up. real juicy.
and Waa Laa.
the whole family loved it. now its the only way to cook prime rib in my house. ya gota love the mak.
