Wanted to do something easy yesterday that would go well with watching some football so we went with some pulled pork sliders-
Started with a little shoulder-
Hit with CT for glue and 3Eyz rub
Onto the MAK at midnight for 4 hours on smoke then up to 225 till done
about 12 hours later, ready for the FTC
Pulled after a 4 hour rest
Served up on some Kings Hawaiian rolls with a little slaw and cowtown sauce, fries, and a cold one
This hit the spot and went perfect with football!
