Yesterday's lunch was smoked hamburgers and bacon wrapped venison sausage. Dinner was smoked pulled pork lasagna and Alfredo. Very good. Here's a picture of tonights dinner.

Gators were purchased from a gator farm at $5 each. They raise them for the hides only. Smoking at 250'.

I can safely say that is something we do not see in California everyday! Good to see your pit can handle Whole Gator!

Supposedly we have sewer gators, but I've not seen any. Nor if I did would I be tempted to "harvest" one!

Ate some of the body/rib meat. Dang good!!!! Really does taste like turkey. Very very mild. Remember these are farm raised.
