yes you can..soon I prefer Strube...the primary reason is that I know where each cow was raised and what they ate...it is like vineyard designated cattle.... Snake River is fine but they act as a brand for a lot of ranchers from what Ive been told....I bought briskets and it came from Washington Wagyu...
