Got the BPS lotta bull special today. Used the all purpose seasoning after using wee willy white sauce as the glue and then basted with wee willys while cooking.For a simple cook it came out good.The white sauce kept the chicken moist. You can see the drip pan is getting well seasoned.

Yes I do.This cook will become a stable weekday fare as it is so easy.
Next is to figure out what to try they "Red Dirt" on.
