BP mentioned in another thread using Happy Ending as a starter rub, we were doing chicken tonight so I decided to give it a try.

Hit some drumsticks and thighs with the Happy Ending

This came out great, the Happy Ending has a wonderful flavor profile and is great on chicken as a starting rub. Definitely can't wait to try it out as a finishing rub. Great stuff!

Big Poppa, is Happy Ending the same as Money, just ground finer or are the ingredients different as well?

they both list the same ingredients. a very good question TTnuge.
