This is my first time posting pictures so hopefully it works. I took a trip to a new butcher shop Thursday after work and picked up a couple steaks. A nice rib eye for me and a NY strip for the wife.
Seasoned with a little EVOO and kosher, and onto #131 @250 burning wine soaked oak.
Let the temp come up to about 115 and they are ready to head over to the Weber summit heating up the grill grates for the sear.
She's hot.
Just before bursting into flames. Nice.
Resting.
Plated up with a nice grilled choke hot off the Mak.
Nice and rare, just how I like it.
The steaks were great, and loved the artichokes off the mak.
