My wife Amy bought herself a WSM the other day. We can see why folks love these units. Easy to control, great flavor profile, and light weight. Her first chicken cook.

We had a beautiful day for BBQ in SLC today

Smoked for 2 hours @ 275 degrees with applewood chunks.

Moist and tender, could have used a just little more time at a little higher heat to get consistent bite tender skin through out all the pieces. Looks like our BBQ team has a new chicken cooker and a new chicken cook.
