After a few test runs of the Jim Bowie, it was time to put it through it's paces. Party of 10 folks, everything done on the JB.
Menu, everything made from scratch:
- Meatballs (veal, pork, beef mix)
- Elijah Craig Bourbon BBQ sauce
- Fresh basil marinara ( + garlic bread)
- Flatbreads
- Bleu cheese spread, carmelized onions, bleu cheese crumbles, balsamic glaze
- Pesto, sun dried tomato, fresh basil, parmesan, basil
- Chicken Kebabs
- Jerk rubbed with red pepper and red onion
- Mojo (orange juice, grapefruit, garlic, etc) with white onion and yellow pepper
- Pork Tenderloin
- Maple syrup and herb brined, cooked on a cedar plank and glazed with stone ground mustard

Anyway, the good stuff. Cell phone pics, sorry. Was kind of busy
Everyone loved the food, and loved the subtle smoke flavor where it appeared. We even grilled angel food cake at the end of the night!
