Grilled smoked cheese sammies

Put some Fontina and Vermont Chedder on to smoke over some ice.

Baked some wheat bread that didnt turn out so asked the wife to pick up some ciabatta.

Got a hierloom tomato some bacon, a avacado which wasnt ripe..tossed it.

Lets put it together. add some chips and some good pickles..lets eat

Sooo good..Mikey likes it!
