went to the dentist office friday for a crown. been going there for over 12 years. i asked them if they liked ribs. yep. okie dokie. i will see ya in 5 hours w/ the goods. off to raleys. and it starts like this.
good afternoon #69. time to get warmed up darling.
i wanted to cook some sweet, spicy and dry ribs.
onto #63 @ 275°.
2 hours into it. its time for some flippy, flippy.
3 hours in and time for some sauce. get some of this spicy pig sauce. its really good.
oh ya.
welp, all done and off to the dentist office. i will cut them up there.
i got one thing to say. stay out of the way when 6 hungry women come after ribs. they pushed me out of the way. must be hungry. thanks for looking at my ribs.
