MAK Reverse Seared Countryside/Money Pork Tenderloin

Ok ...I diluted the COuntry side sauce so it would be a more of a marinade than a sauce as a marinade. Countryside sauce is really a neat sauce from Iowa that a lot of mid western teams are using on their pork. I like it because it has a hint of horseradish. I preheated the Mak Two Star Dealer of the Year..hehehe (how long am I going to milk this?) to 250

then I hit it with Big Poppa's Money rub and put on the shelf for 20 minutes turned for another 20 minutes

Then pulled and rested while the Dealer of the Year Two Star...heheheh Heated up to 400
put on the cooker and cooked for two minutes a side

Looks Good. I guess we need to add Country side sauce to the list of stuff to try.

It is "Dealer of the Year" Which gives you about 11 more months at least.
