Wife picked me up a little shoulder and some spare ribs to toss on the 1 Star.
Should have done a little more research here before attempting. Turned out ok but wish it wasn't as greasy. Think it could have used a little longer but was hungry and off it came to.
put on a little rub the night before and let it rest in the fridge over night.
And the hopper is full. A little of everything as I only had a little of each. Apple/Cherry/Hicory mix.
On it goes for the day. started around 7:00AM
Need to work on my note taking as I don't remember the time here
On goes the spare ribs. I think it was around 1PM
The ribs after about 2 hrs
And here is the shoulder after i couldn't wait any longer. 8PM (just over 12 hrs)
Guess I didn't get any pictures of the Ribs when I pulled them
Definatly needs a few tweeks on both although leftovers the next day seemed better than the inital first night.
