Made Ribs For the First Time

Thanks to all the postings here, I found lots of info on making ribs. I cooked them at 275 for two hours. Took them off, brushed some honey on them, sprayed a little apple juice/water on them and wrapped them in foil. Put them back on for an hour and a half. I took them out of the foil and they were almost falling off the bone. Put some BBQ sauce on them and cooked a few more minutes. I invited a friend of my husband over for dinner and he said they were the best ribs he ever had. My husband liked them to. Also smoked some sausages. Here's proof of the cook.

The ribs & Sausage are both looking pretty tasty. Great job; I'd say you're on your way to becoming a smoking addict (the good kind)!

Thanks guys. I'm really enjoying the Traeger. It is so much easier to use then the BGE I had. I've already got meals planned for the next several days.
