I was smoking some cheese yesterday with my AMZNPS cold smoker using apple pellets.
Getting really bored, looked in garage fridge and had a container of dill pickles. Hmmm said self.
How bouts some cold smoked pickles...EH
Sliced a few in half. (flash bounce off pickles)
Put in smoker under the cheese.
After 1.5 hours of smoke, here are the pickles.
So self was saying HEY. Why dont you add some extra to the smoked pickles?

I doubled the garlic after i took the pic.
I saved all the pickle juice from the original container. Put the smoked pickles in with a few larger unsmoked.
Ok what else do i have to put in there
Now cover and fridge for a few days.
