Couple cooks last week:

Took the advice that BP and others who suggested on cooking chicken on the MAK. Turning up the heat in the last 15 minutes of the cook to crisp up the skin.. Bingo

wow, the ribs look outstanding. fantastic color. ribs, beans and chicken. 1st class bbq there buddy. nice job.
