Couple cooks last week:
Took the advice that BP and others who suggested on cooking chicken on the MAK. Turning up the heat in the last 15 minutes of the cook to crisp up the skin.. Bingo
Ribs in rack that I borrowed doing these like many others do Sparky style
Putting on the good stuff
Just off the MAK I could hardly wait!
Yep cook was fine gave two racks too a friend who loved them...
