It was moist and delicious. Wife and Mom-in-law also very pleased. Ended up freezing with the vacuum sealer becuz the relatives couldn't make it, so we'll be enjoying it again soon. Thanks for the encouragement, I feel kinda like a rookie with this new Elite. Bit of a learning curve, but everything has been fantastic off the Memphis!!
