Fresh Bass filets !

Well I smoked some fresh Bass filets using the Frogmat in the Memphis Pro this evening ! Turned out real tasty !

Smoked @ 225° for an hour

Then at 300° for twenty minutes

A few leftover baked beans from my initial cook on the new Memphis Pro ! They were actually better the second time !

My wife and I both thought it was better than fried. Definitely better for you than fried !!

Those are some really clean frogmats. They must be brand new

Everything is brand new ! Memphis Pro, Grillmates, Frogmats ! I'm ready to get them all "dirty" !!
