well, the stuffed peppers didn't work. on to plan C.

i found this cool little thing in the grocery store. i wasn't wearing my glasses so i could't tell ya what it was but i thought it would clean my jalapenos well.



see, it does work well.



cream cheese on 1/2 the peppers.



i took some of the burnt peppers and put chucks on the inside on top of the cream cheese.



closed the hatch.



bacon time.



threw them down on Hazel next to the chicken.



well, my stuff not pretty. who cares, its all about the taste.



i'm not sure what type of peppers i burnt. man oh man. these suckers were hot. very hot. i did leave some seeds in. might have been a mistake. all i know is. after the 1st one i had to blow my nose and wipe the sweat off my forehead. once that was over i ate them all up. thank goodness for pepcid.

Nice! loved the pepper stuffed poppers! Can't beat that Hasty Bake rotisserie chicken either. Everything looks real good.

You didn't mention your usual glass of moo juice, so I'll take a WAG (wild a... guess), but I'll bet you drank some with those stuffed peppers. That rotisserie chicken looked mighty fine, too.

Peppers and rotisserie chicken looks damn good.

Well they sure looked good... I am a winnie when it comes to real hot. I would have had to add cream cheese to both 1/2's of the peppers.

How was the chicken?
