So over the weekend I travels home from a long work road trip only to find my grill virtually untouched by the wife. Diss appointed I fired it up for an overnight smoke of a Boston butt. View attachment 1446. Started 11 pm Sunday night at 175 overnight then at 7 am moved to foil (175 internal). Bumped up to 220 and continued to 200. Finished about 11 am. Sent into cooler wrapped in towels and waited for dinner time!! Delicious!! Brought the leftovers back to LA and fed the guys I'm working with. Most of them had never heard of pellet grills and they loved it. View attachment 1447
