just did some prime from costco new yorks on the hasty bake with some oak pellets
Check out the marbling on these....crazy

little money double secret whisky balsamic and garlic olive oil onto the shelf for 10 minutes and then seared for one minute flippy flippy as spark says then another minute and the flippy flippy and thirty seconds a side

resting....

the two guys ordered a smoker after the dinner.....

I buy a lot from them and this was off the charts as far as marbling goes...
