Panko Tilapia

Was in the mood for some fish tonight but needed something quick so we went with some pan fried tilapia.

Started with this-



Mixed flour, old bay, salt, and lemon pepper



Coated the fish in the flour mixture and then dipped in egg and rolled in Panko bread crumbs



Onto the MAK griddle running @400 with some oil



3 minutes then flip



Ready to go



Served up



Came out great, the MAK griddle is awesome for pan frying fish and so much nicer than doing it in the house!
