Blueberry Chicken and cupcakes

Today I prepared 6 chicken thighs: I took out the bones, rubbed them slightly and put them on the CS-450 at 230F. Meanwhile I made a sauce of blueberries, cola, ketchup, honey, chili and black pepper. After about 2 hours the thighs were glaced with this sauce and served 25 minutes later with bell peppers, potatoes and the rest of the blueberry sauce.

With the remaining blueberries I made some cupcakes for dessert, as well grilled on the CS-450 at about 360F for 25 minutes.

Great looking groceries, Wing Commander!!! The chicken looks great, the sauce sounds most interesting, and those cupcakes, I can't say enough! Be careful, WC. If you keep turning out those kinds of meals, your next life will be in the kitchen, full-time. That is kind of what happened to me. I love it!! Keep up the good work.

Now I've made a blackberry sauce for chicken and it's really, really good. But I never thought to try blueberries. That looks sooooo good!
