Marinated some pork chops in some smoke on wheels marinade. Delicious! Have a look.

MAK set to high burning hickory. Sizzle sizzle on the grill grates. I love it!

Plated with some fresh green beans and some quinoa with sriracha hot sauce.

Pretty awesome eh? I little money rub or yard bird as well and it really sets em off. Andy was demoing those at a recent competition.

My Mak2 is coming on Monday. Would you recommend the grill grates over the searing grates made for the Mak? Just curious if you have used both. Great looking chops!

Wow! Great seared chops!

But what are those long green things on the plate? Don't they get in the way for a second chop. ;)

Pappymn I haven't used both so I can't give you a comparison.

Muebe yes they do get in the way! But I'm trying not to think about it LOL.

Those are some great looking chops! Love the grill grate sear marks. Those are just the best. Glad you like the SoW too :)
