I wanted some single portions of chicken for lunches at work and here's what is came up with.
I marinated some thighs in SOW and some in garlic pepper plant hot sauce. Smoked for one hour then cooked at 250 until done.
I bumped up the temp to high at the end just to get them crispy.

I do this all the time for lunch. Just pop them in the Microwave in my van to reheat and enjoy a lunch thats made the way I want it. And it is cheaper by a bunch. Let us know which one wins the flavor award.

I liked the sow a lot! I need to marinade the chicken longer next time. The pepper plant was my favorite out of this bunch.

It was perfect TH! I was watching it close to make sure. The last chicken I tried got a bit charred after moving it to the charcoal grill. It dont take long to burn it If you aren't paying attention.
This was done completely on the MAK.

Get you some sparky I bet you like it.
They also make a habanero sauce I want to try.
