Wife made four Boboli pizzas on the Memphis

2 were regular cheese and sauce & 2 were pulled pork, blue cheese, Parmesan cheese, and BBQ sauce.

Into the Memphis at 450F with oak pellets for 10 minutes on the grill...

Yum!

Are the Boboli the premade crust ? I forgot about them what a good idea and they look good.
