And it was awesome!

The stuff..

Took out the last of the pulled pork from the freezer and I used blues hog mixed with water and apple cider vinegar.

Piled the pulled pork on over some sauce. Then some of BP's happy ending and Monterey jack cheese. I wanted to use onion and peppers too and thought I had some but I ended up not having onion. So just meat and cheese this time. Burning hickory at 450.

Plated with some lemon drop Mellon and a side of sauce.

It didn't suck! Most definitely did not suck.

Made a pepperoni as a back up..

Looks delicious Chili ;)

Boboli also makes the small crusts for personal size pizzas. Nice for when you want to make a few different topping combination pizzas :)

Yumm! that looks good. I am going to be doing some pulled pork tomorrow for a BBQ on Friday. Looks like I will have to hold some back to make that pizza for me this weekend.

The monte jack cheese was good! Perfect for this I think.
TH suggested peppers and onions too and the pizza would have been better with it I think. Still it was very good as is.
