Wanted NY Strip for fathers day meal, but settles for pork loin instead.
Didn't know what too put on it so I winged it. Some brown sugar with little apple juice to make a paste. Then used some of my BQ rub that I make on the grill at 200* for one hour.
After one hour on smoke up the temp to 375*
When Internal temp reached 150* pulled it for a rest. total time 2hr 20 min.
Looks like both loins cooked the same.
A plate with some bq beans and veggies for the meal
